The Early Childhood Alliance
OUR VISION & VALUES
At the Niles Township Early Childhood Alliance, we use a collaborative approach to bring our vision and mission to life. This approach includes collective impact; relationship development; common goals; shared data & decision making; clear communication & marketing; responsible funding & stewardship.
Our Vision: All young children and their caregivers have healthy relationships, safe environments, and high-quality learning experiences in order to reach their full potential.
Our Mission: To advocate for and coordinate comprehensive community-based supports for young children and their caregivers that promote equity and honor strengths and diversity.
HIGH-QUALITY EARLY LEARNING EXPERIENCES
Together, we seek to offer families high-quality options for early care and education including prenatal supports, home visiting, center-based child care, family child care, and school-based early learning
COLLABORATIVE SCREENING AND PLACEMENT
Coordinated intake and referral systems support whole-child development by connecting children and caregivers to supports they need includng early childhood education, early intervention, mental health supports, emergency funds, and medical or dental care

CHILD, FAMILY, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We are creating strong community systems that honor diversity, serve families better, and help us acheive our respective missions. By engaging family voice we are informed by the people most impacted by our work and decisions are made together
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We address equity and disparity with a shared purpose by proctively addressing trauma, early care and learning, and other topics to improve lives of children and their caregivers. Our training and professional development opportunities are available to all members of the ECA.
